2. RECRUITMENT IN LOCAL COMMUNITIES

We are determined to make a lasting impact on the communities surrounding our utility partners. In line with this commitment, we recruit the “Fresh Faces” in these local communities. By doing so, we not only bring new talent into the power delivery engineering sector but also support the economic and social development of these regions.
